Ordering Instructions - Imprint Specifications

While there are a few ways to order merchandise from MarketingandPromotions.com™, the best way is to call our toll free number, 800-560-3005 and let a customer service associate help you through the process. The next section will explain your other options If you need help at any time throughout your order, you can call our toll free customer service help line, 800-390-3005 and we'll be glad to answer any questions you may have.

ORDERING METHODS

Most of our Stock Merchandise and much of our Custom Imprinted Products are available to order online. As you browse and shop our site, you will see a series of symbols similar to, (although maybe not exactly like), those shown below. Just click the appropriate control buttons next to your product choice to navigate and order.

PAYMENT OF YOUR ORDER

All orders whether for stock or custom merchandise must be prepaid. Four your convenience we accept, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, business or personal checks and PayPal®. You will at some point, regardless of order method, be asked for your payment information. Our internet credit card transactions are certified secure through PayPal®. If you do not have a PayPal® account, just proceed to the regular credit card section. If you do have a PayPal® account, you may log in and make your payment from whichever funds source you choose.

ORDERING STOCK OR CUSTOM MERCHANDISE

Some stock and/or custom merchandise is not available for electronic purchase online. Where no control buttons are available, merchandise may only be purchased via personal contact with a sales representative. If you see the item you need on our site and no control buttons are available, you may use one of the "printable order forms" to help speed processing along. Just click the appropriate link below, print out and complete the form(s) you need.
There are two different forms you may use.

Order Form - Used for all off line orders - Stock or Custom
Custom Order Worksheet - Must accompany the regular order form on ALL custom orders

If you do have a logo or custom design, you will need to send your order via U.S. Mail, UPS, FedEx or other courier. If you require a logo or custom design, you must provide us with camera ready artwork. The camera ready artwork will need to be a sharp, clean, preferably black and white copy. If you need to have a logo created from scratch or if your artwork needs to be cleaned up or altered, please call for a quote.
NOTE: In many cases, Camera Ready Art may be sent via email. If you do want to submit your Camera Ready Art electronically, please call for details and specifications. If you do submit your Camera Ready Art via email, you may fax your Regular Work Order and Custom Order Worksheet to us.

HOW TO ORDER STOCK MERCHANDISE (Off Line)

When ordering stock merchandise from this site, (merchandise without a custom imprint), when there are no "control buttons" present, just follow the simple instructions below.
1. Print out and complete the Regular Order Form using the product information found on the web site catalog page of your item of choice. Or if you have received a catalog in the mail, you may use that. Be sure to include your payment information
2. Fax your completed order form to:

3. A customer service representative will be in touch with you via email, fax or phone on the next business day of your order to confirm your order.

HOW TO ORDER CUSTOM IMPRINTED MERCHANDISE (Off Line)

If you do not have a custom logo or design, you may be able to send your order form to us via fax. Even if you do have Camera Ready Art, you may still be able to fax us your order (see electronic artwork submission* section below).
1. Print out and complete the Regular Order Form as directed above. Don't forget to include your payment information.
2. Print out and complete the Custom Order Worksheet, following the stated directions. Do the best you can but if you are unsure about anything do not worry a customer service representative will contact you upon receiving ANY custom order. He or she will go over ALL of the details with you, step by step. Before your order can be fully processed you will receive, (via fax), our production work order/invoice and/or proof copy. Both of these documents will require your signature. All custom orders, without exception, are required to have a signed proof copy and work order/invoice on file before they can proceed into  production.
3. If you are not using electronic submission* send the completed Custom Order Worksheet, Regular Order Form and any Camera Ready Art you have to:
