GENERAL OVERVIEW
While we try to visually portray our merchandise as accurately as possible, the colors, styles, or sizes may vary slightly due to the different printing processes, inks, materials. and manufacturer. Merchandise showing names and logos are featured as samples, unless otherwise noted, to demonstrate an item only and not necessarily to represent a partnership or relationship with the company represented. Most of the companies whose products appear are clients of The Marketing Store®, MarketingandPromotions.com™ and/or our subsidiaries or sub-contractors.
SALES FROM THIS SITE
Many of the items we offer are available for purchase from this site. When an item is available for online order, you will corresponding control buttons of some kind included on that page. Due to the custom nature of much of our merchandise, however, many items must be ordered through direct contact via telephone, email and/or regular mail. PAYMENT
We offer a variety of payment options. You may pay for your purchases by Check, or Money Order. (Orders paid via these methods will need to be mailed in). We also gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express as well as PayPal™. All Checks subject to verification and will be required to clear the bank before orders will be produced or ship.
PAYMENT BY CHECK
All checks will be required to clear the bank prior to the order leaving the factory. If electronic verification can be established, in most cases this will not delay your order. A $25.00 fee, however, will be charged for all checks returned for any reason.
ARTWORK/LOGOS
When a logo is required, please send us original camera ready art. Do not fold or staple. Your imprint can only look as good as the artwork supplied. Photocopies or faxes are not accepted as camera ready artwork. If art is not camera ready, additional art charges may apply. Please enclose separate art for multiple orders. Type copy if at all possible. We will not be responsible for errors from hand written copy. Artwork may, in some cases, be submitted via e-mail. IMPRINT/PRODUCT COLORS
Color samples found throughout this site are for general purposes only. Actual colors, while close, in many cases will not match exactly as shown due the nature of the Internet. Many browsers may alter the actual colors designed into this site and cause for slight hue and tone variations.
SET-UP/PLATE CHARGES
Set-up and plate charges regularly range from $10.00 to $45.00 depending upon the number imprint colors, manufacturing process, etc. Set up charges are generally clearly noted on the item's catalog page. If it is not, please call us for clarification.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order has entered production and has been prepaid, it may not be canceled without forfeiture of all or part of the balance due. Prior to entering the production stage, some orders "may" be canceled depending upon the type of merchandise ordered. This is based upon the discretion of the management. The initial deposit in these cases may still be non-refundable in cases where work has begun.
PRICING
Due to manufacturing processes, market availability, season and general availability, prices and specifications throughout this site are subject to change without notice. Please note and add any charges for logos, artwork, freight or other fees where applicable.
OVER/UNDER RUNS
We try to produce your order in the exact quantity specified, however, it is not always possible. We reserve the right produce and ship up to 5% over/under exact quantity. While you will not be charged for overruns, under-runs are possible and in those rare cases, are billed as the quantity produced.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
No merchandise returns accepted without prior authorization of our customer service department. No cash refunds will be issued. Restitution in erroneous cases, if determined to be caused by TMS or an agent thereof, shall be made via product reproduction only.
PROOFS
Pre-press, black and white faxed proofs are required. Orders will not be produced without a signed proof copy on file. Once the final proof has been signed, you will have no other recourse for errors of any kind, be it monetary or by merchandise reproduction. Make certain you look over your proof carefully. Remember you will be checking for not only design and layout but spelling, numbers, dates, times, grammar and any other errors. Please make sure to provide us with your fax number for a proof.
SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped F.O.B. factory or warehouse by United Parcel Service (or similar ground carrier). United States Mail may be used where specified. Please see individual catalog pages or call for applicable freight charges. All freight charges (where shown) are for shipping within the continental United States only. Any other destinations must make alternative shipping arrangements before ordering. Prices for orders shipping to destinations outside the continental United States will be quoted upon request.
